Savoy cabbage is a superb vegetable for shredding into this simple salad.
Thinly sliced red pepper provides a dash of color and its sweetness complements the cabbage nicely. The simple dressing is made with toasted sesame oil and lime juice, and crunchy salted peanuts provide added protein. It’s a great salad to make ahead and dress just before serving.
